Alex was instrumental in helping us negotiate and close on our dream home in El Segundo, CA. Buying a new home can be a stressful process, but Alex was kind and patient and determined to make the close as smooth as possible. I highly recommend him!

We first met Alex a few years ago when he was representing the sellers that we bought from. We were so impressed by his ability to represent the house that when it came time for us to sell our home, we immediately thought of Alex. We wanted some one who knew the area well and can represent the property in the best ways possible. Most importantly, we wanted someone who cares and understands that for us, it's more than just a business transaction. Alex delivered in all these areas! It was super clear that he believed in the product (our house), and that was the differentiator for us. We also had an unexpectedly unlucky/rough journey with multiple back outs (through no faults of Alex), but Alex was there every step of the way and kept the train moving. We felt assured with Alex in our corner, and in the end we believe he was able to get us the best possible price (he is an expert negotiator). Highly recommend!!!!

1. HIs advice about what we needed to do to prepare our home for sale actually saved us thousands of dollars by not undertaking some of the fixes we had planned to do.
2. His research of the market and recommended price point was more than we thought we could get for our home, but he was spot on. The offer and appraisal came in at our listing price.
3. His network with other realtors in the community was invaluable. We only had to show our home one weekend to secure a sale.

Alex's combination of experience and knowledge makes him a top-notch agent. He has a good plan for any scenario encountered and knows the South Bay market well. I can say his experience and network has helped us have two separate offers accepted in competitive markets with multiple offers. He also has great strategies for selling. For any future real estates needs Alex will be the only call I need to make.
